Today we take you on a tour of a role that is fundamental to the functioning of our company: the Warehouse Manager. We have Eros with us! Let’s get to know more about his journey and his daily work.

➡️ How did you start this experience with us?
“Five years ago I was contacted by the then manager and decided to accept, also to get closer to home. I had always worked in logistics, and the company’s growth project immediately convinced me.”

➡️ What does your job consist of?
“I take care of the all-around management of the warehouse: loading and unloading goods, recording documents, reassortment for the production and assembly department. I constantly collaborate with the purchasing department to monitor missing products and with the sales department to ensure that orders are handled correctly. Every day I interact with the production departments to make sure everything runs smoothly.”

➡️ What is the most difficult part of your job?
“It takes great care in handling the goods and preparing the kits, which must be complete with all the correct codes. Sorting customer orders also requires absolute precision, because one small mistake is enough to create chain problems.”

➡️ Do you enjoy your job?
“Absolutely! For me, the warehouse is the lung of a company. I like it because it allows me to collaborate with multiple departments and give support wherever it is needed. I am a precise person and love to work neatly and cleanly. The warehouse is like the closet in my house: everything has its place!”
