Our R&D department is constantly working to find more and more advanced technological solutions that improve the performance of our compressors.

Let’s talk about the RS5 model, a compressor born and designed in our offices in Lonigo (VI) – Italy, which represents to date a unique worldwide patented technology thanks to:

• the oil management system (ActiFlow)
• the Auto-Vi

ActiFlow, a system that automatically regulates and optimizes the circulating oil flow inside the compressor according to real needs. Compressor and system efficiency are improved by up to 6%.

Conventional compressors operate with fixed Vi and are optimized for a specific application. Auto-Vi continuously adjusts, in real time, and without any external control device, the compression ratio to optimize system efficiency under all operating conditions.

The benefits of Auto-Vi become even more evident at part loads, ensuring maximum efficiency under “real” operating conditions.
The increased efficiency translates into reductions in power input at full load and part load. To further increase compressor efficiency, Auto-Vi technology can also be combined with the inverter.

The RS5 offers benefits in all applications. The greatest benefits are obtained in systems where the load varies greatly, significantly increasing the seasonal efficiency of the system.
